There is a shipping charge of $4.95 per order for deliveries to an urban (non rural/remote) address.

There is a shipping charge of $9.95 per order for deliveries to a rural/remote address.

Orders are shipped via CourierPost, Fastway Couriers (Aramex) or NZ Couriers. The type of products ordered dictates the method of shipment. The shipment method chosen by us to ship orders unfortunately cannot be changed.

CourierPost target delivery is next working day North and South Island. Fastway (Aramex) and NZ Couriers target delivery is next working day North Island and 1-2 working days South Island. Please note that deliveries to some rural and remote areas may take longer.

Genuine ink cartridges and all toner cartridges cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address must be provided for all genuine ink cartridges and all laser toner cartridge orders.

We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. Orders placed and completed before 3:00pm are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is not in stock, we will advise you. Tech City cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are unfortunately out of our control.
